Kent Town is such a great happening spot... Only 2 kilometres to Rundle Mall, and a quick stroll (5-10 mins) to Hutt Street or to Rundle Street, where cafes are aplenty... Plenty of car parks in the main streets, even during the working day. Even when Clipsal is on, residents get special parking permits, so it makes life SO much easier.... Neighbours are super friendly. Norwood only 5-10 minutes away; leave the car at home and make a romantic stroll of it all.
