Salisbury North has loads of green space, lots of easy access to shops and transport. Lots of activity with families moving in, houses getting updated. Area still feels undervalued and seems like it is on the rise. Still a bargain but relatively central. Great spot to settle in with my family - mix of young families and elderly people who have lived there for decades. Actually very quiet area and close to the RAAF base for work.
