Laverton

"Hidden treasure in the west"

People will soon understand its importance as soon as lands in the surrounding areas get taken up as at the end of the day "distance to city" will matter. Having lived here for the last 6 years, I don't see any reason to move out from here which is nicely positioned close to freeway, easy access to shops and more importantly close to Zone 1 refurbished Lavertion station. I can see property price doubling up as soon as William Landing shopping centre takes it shape. I would say watch out to those people who are giving such established area bad names just because we have lots of old houses here but don't you worry - just wait and watch and see what happens to this Laverton in just 5 years time from now.

Great for

  • Easy access to freeways
  • Only 15 minutes to CBD
  • A lot of planning and funding for Landscaping
  • Quiet streets
  • Zone 1

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Singles
  • Families with kids
  • Tourists
  • Students
  • Country Lovers
  • Beach Lovers

Hello Zafman,
I am planning to rent a home in Laverton with wife and my child. Request honest review in terms of access to Mel CBD, mosques if any?
Thanks.
