"Love coming home - Great place to live"

Easy access to city even in peak hours, quiet with lots of parks. Dog Friendly & close to cafes, schools & uni.
Have lived in the area for 6 years and love it, ticks all the boxes for my busband & I (both in our 30's).
There are some streets/areas I wouldn't live in including streets around train line.

Great for

Closeness to Cafe Strip
Closeness to City
Closeness to Curtin University
Quiet area with a lot of parks

Not great for

Some Homeswest properties remaining
Some older homes need to be redeveloped
