"Tranquil Area Close to Everything"
Its a big area, so there are some dodgy spots, but every suburb has those. Our area is full of large trees and bushland. We hear no traffic noise whatsoever., just birds. This is the first house we have purchased and absolutely love it here! great value for money. Close to everywhere

which areas are good? what about Spalding cresent?
We lived in Spalding crescent for 13 years before moving out. It's one of the best street to live in. Lot of open space and very quite location. Everything was within walking distance, Train station, shopping centre, childcare, private school. Train takes you to City in around 30 minutes. Very convenient location. Very good neighbours. We have moved closer to CBD but my kids still miss their old home and friendly neighbours.
