Marsden Park
"Heaven"
Heavenly blue mountains view, topped by new parks, clean footpaths and great facilities. IKEA, M7, Costco, Bunnings, Lindt, Woolworths and Aldi just a short drive with Coles just a stones throw away (under construction). Beautiful suburb. Lovely neighbours. Several gym in the area. Frangos and metro station on the way.

There is land earmarked in Marsden Park for a future metro station at corner of South Street and Richmond Road, which the government has bought. There is already a massive datacentre, IKEA, Asics outlet, Costco, Actron head office. Richmond Road is widening as we speak with bypasses. The infrastructure being built is at a huge level.

Metro station??When??This is just a sweet day dream by most of those people who are buying from Marsden park...Can you show any NSW infrastructure projects indicate about any potential Metro station..Do not tell that you heard from a realestate agent..
