Great place. Lots of family moving in and is now expanding to more homes being built. I read past comments about others mentioning internet problem, loud music and neighbors issue, but my experience living in this lovely suburb i never encountered any of those. It does seem Banksia now has greatly improved and its a homie and family friendly atmosphere. It’s accesible to bus stops, golf clubs, place to get food and road to freeway. I think give it more time and the better it will become especially with the developement going on the newer area.
