Located in this tightly held seaside location, prepare to be inspired with arguably the most majestic views on the Southern coast.

In the middle of this spectacular street you’ll find the generous beachside reserve with manicured lawn area and the backdrop of the ocean and Marina.

Located in close proximity to public transport, the Noarlunga rail terminal, the Centro Colonnades shopping complex, public and private schools and medical facilities.

Peters Terrace

"A view you can't go past"

Peters Terrace is located in the heart of beautiful Mount Compass and runs parallel to Victor Harbour Road. The street enjoys a buffer from the main road. Most of the houses enjoy a generous setback from the street and feature the added bonus of being situated on a larger than usual allotment.

The highlight would havto be the spectacular views of the adjacent hills and countyside.

Most of the street is within walking distance to the local amenities and school.

Mount Compass

"Relax with the country lifestyle"

This unique and popular country is located approximately 15 minutes from the McLaren Vale wine region and approximately 20 minutes from Victor Harbour.

The centre of the town houses the local amenities including the grocery store, petrol station, hardware store, hotel, butcher and a delightful bakery.

The local school offers the opportunity to study agriculture and a friendly atmosphere.

There has recently been significant growth with new subdivisions and the highly regarded golf course. Residents have enjoyed the benefits of purchasing affordable land that is generous in size and often enjoys an outlook of the beautiful surrounds. The standard of housing is generally
extremely good and family friendly.

Outside of the town centre you will find picturesque rolling hills and large rural properties.

Overall a very tranquil and relaxing place to live.

"Adelaide's best kept secret"

I've lived around this area now for 12 years between Compass, Hindmarsh Valley & Victor Harbor. The locals don't realize how good they've got it and I think because of this the area has remained a secret to some extent.

Just 15 minutes to the beach, its close enough to commute to work in the southern suburbs (20 minutes) & only 45 minutes to Adelaide. So close yet it feels like you're really living the country life - brilliant golf course, wine region & vineyards not far, magnificent panoramic views of trees, hills & valleys. Local traffic only through the new residential area. New wetland area is under construction and the whole town is beautifully quiet except for the songs of birds.

It has an excellent school with a balance of academic and horticultural/agricultural focus. The local IGA supermarket is open 7 days a week until mid evening and public holidays and you can get most things you need there so its pretty convenient. Great little cafe & bakery, local pub & clean fresh air. It's cheap, quality, clean living.

Excellent opportunities for young families, couples, first homers & retirees looking to buy fair priced, near new homes. There is still some good land for sale, the soil is sandy loam with no rock and is very cheap to build a house on because the footing costs are so low. Yes I do own land here for all the reasons I have just mentioned.

Mount Compass is an excellent place to live and an excellent investment for capital gain in the near future.

"Family Friendly Street In A High Demand Suburb"

Only a short distance from both the Seaford and Moana beaches this great street offers value for money when it comes to location. Many of the 1970's an 1980's homes are being renovated and the garden proud home owners create high street appeal. The residents get the benefits of having generous sized allotments, perfect for families with children who want a playset as well as room to run.
You'll find the traffic low yet access to local amenities extremely simple.
The large Seaford shopping complex, surrounding reasturants and takeaway shops, medical facilities and transport routes are all close by and with the soon to be completed Seaford rail extension access to the outer suburbs will be even easier.

"Quiet, Convenient and Practical"

Located in the prestigious and tightly held "Beechwood Estate" this small and quiet street is in high demand with all the local amenities just around the corner is hard to go past. A large majority of the streets homes enjoy an outlook onto Either the well kept park of the ever popular Moana Primary School.
The large Seaford shopping complex and the surrounding reasturants and takeaway shops are easily within walking distance. Most of the homes were built in the 1990's and are of a low maintenance design with the villa or courtyard homes being very popular.
A highly appreciated street from those looking to downsize and investors looking for a low

Maslin Beach

"Tranquil beach side suburb that gives you that holiday feeling all year round"

Maslin Beach boasts one of the southern regions most pristine and untouched beaches. As a much quieter and tranquil version of its sister suburbs, Maslin Beach attracts those looking for a carefree and relaxing lifestyle in a beachside suburb. The area is in the process of being reinvented and the once much loved holiday homes and weather beaten shacks are being replaced with new upmarket houses and townhouses for families to call home. With the recent major works on the nearby Moana Heights and Seaford Shopping Centres a quick trip to the shops is just that. With nearby schools, doctors, restaurants’ and regular bus services this is one of the only suburbs to enjoy the luxury of modern living but without the hustle and bustle. Maslin beach has always been extremely popular and will benefit strongly with the widening of the southern expressway and the rail extension to Seaford making it even more accessible. Overall we anticipate very high capital growth prospects for the coming year. "Prestigious Street with breathtaking sea views"

Oleander Road is one of Maslin Beaches’ most prestigious streets. Located directly across the road from a large rural reserve containing walking trails along the foreshore, your family will have every opportunity to explore this beautiful area. Most of the homes on this strip enjoy uninterrupted stunning views over Maslin Beach and out along the Peninsula. Recent developments have seen brand new, upmarket homes constructed in replacement of the older beach shacks adding to the already great aesthetics of this street.
