"convenient and Good access"
very quiet and nice suburb with access to motorways (25 min drive to CBD), public transport (10 min walk to Richlands station) , shopping centers (5 min drive to Forest lake and Mt Ommney) , near to Inala to buy cheap groceries every day.
Great for

- Train station nearby
- Good access
Not great for
- Some people need to grow up and stop littering on the streets

From my place i timed 15min to Milton, via centenary highway, non peak, add an extra 15min and i was dropping off my car at airport parking (non use of toll tunnels)
