Is Venerable St, Seventeen Mile Rocks prone to flooding?

In the major floods a couple of years ago - it got very wet but it didnt flood. It was one of the few areas that didnt flood and remained completely 'safe' along the river there

Venerable St itself is flood free as was most of Seventeen Mile Rocks. The base of Venerable & Molesworth used to flood as a result of poor drainage, but council fixed this about six years ago and it's not been a problem since.

This is a common question, the online resources to investigate have been there for years but more people are aware of them now which is a bonus. As well as flooding it's important to check for overland flow as that can happen pretty much anywhere.
