There seems to be a correlation between a high rental rate and high property crime. With a rental rate of around 40% and property crime far above that of other suburbs, it would suggest that there is a lacking sense of community in areas with a high rental rate. Maybe due in part to the transient nature of those who rent as opposed to those who buy.
