Looking for investment property in Watsonia

I have been reading the reviews about Watsonia at realestate.com.au and it sounds it's a good place to live in. I am looking to an investment property and would like some information about the rental market in Watsonia. I haven't finalized a property yet but looking for something close to the station (approx 1 km). Any reviews or comments on the rental market in Watsonia will be really helpfull. Thanks
