If you travel for 20 minutes you'll get to Carindale which is a fantastic shopping centre which will get you to designer-level stores.

Capalaba has two shopping centres. It's ten minutes by car or bus from Wellington Point. Birkdale has a large centre too with all necessary shops. Wellington Point village has a small supermarket, a butcher, a baker and various food outlets.
