Who hire their own certifiers to approve the development ready for sale
Many have highly flammable outer cladding, and issues with Buildings sinking, cracking
Very concerning, before purchasing an apartment, who do you turn to to seek truthfull information on qualify construction, outside the inside ring of $ making industry, who all pay each other to turn over sale of development quickly.
