Currently established townhouses are selling in the Werrington area for between $310,000 - $330,000. Remember buying a brand new home is like buying a brand new car, a premium is paid for the privilege of being the first owner. As with any purchase of property if you intention is to retain the townhouse for a number of years, all should be fine.
