When is the NBN coming to West Moonah?

The build has commenced in New Town which is a couple of suburbs away from West Moonah. There is no timeline on when the work in New Town will be completed and it will be connected to the NBN. Therefore there is even less information on when West Moonah will be connected. It simply says that it is unavailable and that the rollout has not started in that area. Since the change of goverment in September of 2013 the NBN website has been a lot less informative and they only provide details of where there is build preparation, where the build has commenced and where service is available via a shaded map. However, there is no detail in regard to dates of when the stages of the service are likely to be completed.
