Westchester County Region is located in the state of undefined.
The bride would ideally like something with water in the background. Neighboring communities in NY and CT are okay also.

The Tarrytown House Estate is on the Hudson is very pretty. If she was interested in a smaller venue, Cafe on the Green in Bayside has really stunning views of the Throgs Neck Bridge, which is very pretty at night, and the LI Sound.
