With Hurricane Sandy on the way - how does your town prepare? Where to go for dry ice, etc?

I know that The Town of Bedford has distributed dry ice at the Town Hall on Cherry Street and have heard that at times that the Katonah A&P and the Shoprite in Bedford Hills have had trucks arrive with ice.
