Which areas of Wilson, if any difference, are the easiest to rent?

Hi GSDDNA,
Renting in Wilson, as it is with any suburb - easy to rent at the market value at that particular time. It depends on how much you would be asking for the home and whether that value is along trend with the other similar homes for rent in the market.
It tends to be more expensive on the river side of Wilson, to the area Right of Leach Highway. This is to do with location and proximity to Carousel. Although the portion of Wilson between Leach Highway, Manning Road & Centenary Ave is also well rented because of its proximity and ease of access to Curtin University.
