Is Wolli Creek a good suburb to invest? Any shopping centre there?

I think it is a good suburb. With Woolworths and other shops, you can get everything you need within walking distance. ALDI is coming to Wolli Creek in 2017 based on the news from wollicreeknsw.com.au. IKEA is not far. There will be a big Good Guys shop near IKEA as well.
