Bluestone Estate or Manor Lakes for residential ?
Wyndham Vale, VIC 3024 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Hi All,
We are in a confusion weather to move to Manor Lakes estate residential or to Bluestone Estate.
We are new to these areas from the out set we could see the house which we saw at the both places were having the following pros and cons
Manor lakes property
Pros
1. About 1.7 km to station
2. About 2 Km to medical centre and Coles
3. Manor lakes schools are just over 1.2 km
Cons
Not sure about the locality
Bluestone Estate
Pros
1. About 3.2 km from station
2. About 3 km to the Coles and medical centre
3. Wyndham vale school is closely located
Cons
Not sure about the locality
Safety of the locality
Can you please advice us to arrive at a good decision.
