Does my builder pay for the planning permit not building permit?
Wyndham Vale, VIC 3024 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I bought a land in a new estate in Melbourne West. My builder told me that I was responsible for applying for a Planning permit. I thought that the builder was responsible for applying for both the building permit and the planning permit.
Can someone share their thoughts on this?
