URGENT: How is President park area, Belle Meade estate?
Wyndham Vale, VIC 3024 is located within the Wyndham local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I have bought a house in Rous street, close to president park and in the Belle Meade estate Wyndham Vale.
Please let me know if it is a good neighborhood area?

The biggest plus is its in the middle of Wyndham Vale station and Werribee station.
The estate is not well maintained even the estate that has promised to plant trees and landscape is not up to the mark.
If you are looking on the lower side of the price point in the market then look no further.
But who knows there might be a school coming in the vacant land as Manor lakes is now a new suburb.
The other point is its a good place for someone who work at Werribee and hoppers crossing.
I dont see any good schools near to this estate either.

This estate is not to live, this is only for investment, no schools, no supermarket, no bus route.
Dont waste your time if you havent purchase.

Just trying to understand, if the estate is not livable, no schools, no supermarkets, no bus route, then how will it be a good investment property? Is there something else nearby that'll attract renters?
