Thoughts on values of property, safety, and school districts on 60th street?
We are looking to buy a duplex in the 600k range. This is in the Bushrod neighborhood and between Shattuck and MLK.

Go to the School Finder page on the OUSD website and type in the address:

If you're in Peralta, you're golden -- this is one of the best schools in the district.
If you're in Sankofa, that's another story.
