"A quiet and narrow residential street"
Abbott Lane is a very narrow little street stretching between Pennington Terrace and Kermode Street. It is an excellent location for uni students and professionals, as the CBD is only a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride away.
Situated right next door to the parklands, there are a huge number of fitness options including running/cycling around the Torrens, golf at the North Adelaide Golf Course or a good workout at the Next Generation gym.
The street is incredibly narrow, so parking can be difficult. Not all of the houses have garage parking, so beware because the parking inspectors do monitor this street.
