Adelaide (CBD), SA 5000 is located within the Adelaide local government area, part of the Adelaide (Greater) Region in South Australia.

Hello we are a quiet living couple in our late 40's early 50's looking at moving to Adelaide are trying to find a rental property between 150 and 250 dollars pw, We are unsure of what are reasonable quiet suburbs to looking at any advice would be appreciated. We are in Tasmania at the moment.

For sub $250pw, it'll be hard. Most houses in Adelaide for rent are $250pw+ and we have a rental squeeze on atm. For that budget, you'd have to look at the outer North/South suburbs. I'd recommend contacting Property Managers in those areas to get their opinion on the ground. Good luck! :)

For quiet suburbs I wouldn't necessarily go outer north. Inner and outer southern suburbs are very nice, as well as some western suburbs too. Are you still looking?
