Its a new/ish street and im renting..its great. its affordable, close to shops, IGA, a seafood shop, bakery, newsagent, bar, parks, gym ( of sorts but still good ) chemist, .and a few others, very handy just up the road. A few churches to take care of ur spiritual nourishment if that takes ur fancy, an aged care facility further up kings street, a few day cares, and high schools also very close by. The traffic is a tad busy round school times but other than that its pretty quiet. Theres ur average family/ies living along the street. A good place to be....just love it.
