I received a negative review, can I have it removed?

You will automatically receive an email every time someone submits a review to your Agent Profile. If you want a review removed, you can report the review to [email protected] or directly from your ‘My Agent Reviews’ dashboard by hitting ‘Report’.

All new reviews are agent controlled, so if you receive an unfounded, untrue or defamatory review, you have the opportunity to report it to us before it is published to our site.

Agents on our free basic profile have 24 hours before a review goes live to report it to be removed. Homely Premier Agents have 14 days to report a new customer review that they wish to prevent from being published.
