I highly recommend Ada Mastronardo as a sales agent for her expertise and courteous, prompt attention to all details. I offered for sale a relatively modest 2 bed apartment which, as an investment, had been rented out for many years. Ada saw to all the details necessary to present it for sale, transformed stylishly to display it in the best possible light. In a subdued market this work made all the difference in procuring interest and ultimately negotiating a very satisfactory outcome.

We had been looking for a property in the inner west without much success. Benjamin called me after a colleague of his whom I had been dealing with, Ada, passed on our details about a new listing. We had been stressing before hand as the market had changed quite a bit, but thanks to the team of Ada, Ben and Chad our property search is now thankfully over as we were successful in purchasing the property. Going through the purchase process too was so easy for us. We are delighted. The property is in an area that we dont know very well, and after chatting to Ben about this, he emailed us lists of places to eat, parks to visit, local shops and general things to do in the area. The whole team have been fantastic, friendly and so helpful. We would not have achieved our goals if it hadnt been for this team.

I have been a client of CobdenHayson for almost 8 years. They have been my property manager for my rental properties for that entire time and have been so professional and responsive and helpful for the entire duration. My current rental property manager is amazing and I would not have been able to get through some tough repair and tenant issues of late without the trust I have in her to help me make all the right decisions.
