It was a long campaign of over 9 weeks with some property constraints that limited it's appeal to some buyers. Andrew gave constant feedback and explored every opportunity during this time and his strong negotiation skills achieved a good result that I'm happy with.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Andrew Searle. Andrew answered every email, text message, or phone call within minutes and was always available to answer my questions and give advice. I had an extremely difficult sale (difficult purchasers, difficult site), but Andrew dealt with each hurdle in a calm professional manner and was always so re-assuring and supportive. During the sale process Andrew called me every couple of days to keep me up to date on the progress, even if not much was happening on that particular day, he would call and let me know that not much was happening. He is honest and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone looking for the most awesome sales agent in Sydney!!
