When we put our property on rent market, there is many very similar properties nearby also on the rent market. Tenants have many different choices. However, Carmelo and his team did wonderful work. Especially if you need someone who is more than just another  'Agent' - whom you can trust and someone who would give you the right advice - Carmelo is the right one! Best thing I like about him is that he looks at things different from typical owners - which usually people would miss. He gave me the right advice on what to renovate and how much to spend, later organized someone for renovation within my budget and finally after the job got done, he got the property leased with only 1 open home - with 6 tenants to pick from. Carmelo was amazing throughout the intense process of going through an application for signing a lease for a property.
