Absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I were extremely comfortable selling our property in Davids more than capable hands (in which he did!) Highly recommended!
We would like to say a huge thank you to CJ Hills for doing an outstanding Job on selling our Property. Not only did they get an excellent result on the price but they also worked extremely hard throughout the whole campaign involving us every step of the way. They were early to every open which is impressive and always honest. . It didn't stop there after we sold, they have also been with us to properties that we were interested in as well as negotiating on our behalf. CJ HILLS you have gone above and beyond your call of duty. Thank you so much David Stevens & Colin Hills and we will recommend you to everyone. Warm Regards Jane Zuffo and Dario Zuffo.
David was an important part of the team that sold my home in Willoughby. His input in helping me prepare my home was invaluable and the support during the sale campaign took away a lot of the stress. The sale was completed before auction and the work put in by David was terrific. I would have no problem in recommending David to prospective sellers or buyers.
