I have been involved with Home 2 Home Realty for the past 8 years carrying out painting and repairs to their properties as well at times to there properties listed for sale. Donna and Gary have always been very professional with me and I would highly recommend them to future sellers and buyers. Their Property Management Team is also very professional and require a very high standard for their rental properties. I am very happy to be involved with Home 2 Home Realty and wish them all the best in the future. Neil Dehnert (Neil's Painting and Maintenance Services)
Gary has sold 5 of my rental properties over the past few years and Im always impressed with his friendliness and professionalism, I can highly recommend him if you are thinking of selling. Roxanne has been my property manager through a fire in one property and water damage in another. She treats your property with such care, as if its her own home and goes above and beyond expectations. As a one stop shop Home2home really has the cream of the crop!
Gary went above and beyond when were selling our property. He worked with the tenant to arrange home opens for the property on a regular basis. We have always had a great experience with Home2Home and would highly recommend them if you are selling or trying to find a good tenant for your property.
We were very happy with the manner & the way you approached then finalised the sale of our unit 43 in Nautilus Apartments Rockingham. The way in which you and the staff at Home2Home put in the extra time & effort to make sure all names & trustees of our super fund were correct was outstanding. Many thanks again
Just completed settlement of a property I purchased, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Home2Home as an agent. Gary was wonderful and very patient with all the questions and conditions that I wanted. An exceptionally smooth and quick settlement with excellent service.
Really fast response times, great people and especially Gary made it a very simple and easy process for me so it was stress free. Couldn't recommend them more.
Gary was extremely helpful with all matters regarding the sale
Donna & Gary are extremely professional and are experts in their field. Their services in both property management and selling are unmatched. Highly recommend.
Hi Gary, I am very sorry, I have been meaning to send you guys a card to say Thank you for the fantastic job you did with selling mums place. Sue and I were extremely happy with you and your staff, an outstanding effort and truly appreciated. Very professional. Thank you again Michelle and Sue
Highly recommend the Home 2 Home team for all your real estate needs. Jane was a Property Manager for my rental and was very thorough and great to deal with. Now she manaes the property I rent and it's been a great experience both being on both sides. I also sold my property through Gary. The process was seamless and everything is online. It is all so easy!
