Let us express our deep appreciation of the recent services provided by one of your Sales Agent George Findikakis, during the process of purchasing our first home.
As we approached this undoubtedly important step in our life, we were completely unfamiliar with the Australian real estate market peculiarities, which made us feel unconfident and very apprehensive. Being relatively new to the Frankston area, we were particularly unsure what would be the best choice for us, not only in terms of the comfortable living, but also in terms of the financial prospects of this investment.
I must say after meeting George during the inspection at first house he advised us to have a look at, we eventually felt relieved, realising we could let ourselves be completely guided by him. We especially appreciated the fact he never made us feel "under the sale pressure", rather concentrating on helping us make the optimal choice of our own. Being frank with us at all stages, George truly served us as a perfect assistant, providing us with all and beyond information needed, though leaving a substantial personal space for the decision making.
And we should admit George did the best in answering the most of our needs, eventually finding a truly unique place for us, which soon became our new home.

George truly served us as a perfect assistant!

Our extraordinary auction result was due to a carefully and well orchestrated marketing and sales campaign by an incredible team of highly professional and expert real estate professionals. Anastasia and George, both Directors of eView, won our confidence from day one and had our complete and unfettered trust right through the sharp short campaign period of twenty five days to the auction because of their approach to marketing and selling our home and total transparency right through the process of the open days, buyer interviews and meetings with us to discuss offers, review their strategy and set the reserve.
The documentation and communication process of day by day results and responses to the marketing campaign was outstanding and unique providing us visibility and a high level of confidence that the strategy was working and we were assured of a good attendance of qualified buyers at the auction.
The quality of the printed and electronic marketing material and presentation of our property was outstanding to say the least. We had an amazing level of attendance at the open days that resulted in fourteen committed bidders that attended the auction from over one hundred visitors on the four open days. 
 Finally, we had the privilege of meeting the eView team and their executives at a monthly company function a day prior to our auction and got an insight to the family culture of their organization, they have big hearts and their clients success is their entire teams personal responsibility. We had ten of their agents and three directors at our auction working with the bidders through the auction process. Thats an amazing level of commitment and allocation of their resources on our auction day.

Hi guys

Just wanted to send a quick thank you. I have not had any experience with real estates other than renting before but was very impressed with Eview hopefully I never have to move again till Im 80, what a headache it was especially after all that banging for termites hey Thekla! If I did ever need any real estate services again will definitely be in touch with you guys. Also I love the care package you send out with handy tips thats good and there was some humour in there too! I do have one suggestion you might like to add to your changing address list one I nearly forgot myself, charge your pets id tags and if they have a micro chip get that address changed too.
