Hi guys Just wanted to send a quick thank you. I have not had any experience with real estates other than renting before but was very impressed with Eview hopefully I never have to move again till Im 80, what a headache it was especially after all that banging for termites hey Thekla! If I did ever need any real estate services again will definitely be in touch with you guys. Also I love the care package you send out with handy tips thats good and there was some humour in there too! I do have one suggestion you might like to add to your changing address list one I nearly forgot myself, charge your pets id tags and if they have a micro chip get that address changed too. Our extraordinary auction result was due to a carefully and well orchestrated marketing and sales campaign by an incredible team of highly professional and expert real estate professionals. Anastasia and George, both Directors of eView, won our confidence from day one and had our complete and unfettered trust right through the sharp short campaign period of twenty five days to the auction because of their approach to marketing and selling our home and total transparency right through the process of the open days, buyer interviews and meetings with us to discuss offers, review their strategy and set the reserve. Dear Mr Proios ( Director) Let us express our deep appreciation of the recent services provided by one of your Sales Agent George Findikakis, during the process of purchasing our first home. As we approached this undoubtedly important step in our life, we were completely unfamiliar with the Australian real estate market peculiarities, which made us feel unconfident and very apprehensive.
