"Professionals in every aspect of the real estate business"

I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Grant & Christina calls for an exception. Grant & Christina put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and me to sell our home. They knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. We could not have been happier working with Grant & Christina! They are professionals in every aspect of the real estate business. Would definitely use their service again.

"The attitude to selling by Penrose Real Estate has been exceptional"

Thank you Grant and Christina, for your efforts culminating in the sale of my studio apartment in Bardon. There were times that I never thought it would sell when dealing with other realtors over the past 5 years. From the cappuccino you got for me at our first meeting, the professional video, exceptional deal you organized via realestate.com.au right through to delivering documents to the purchaser at settlement, the attitude to selling by Penrose Real Estate has been exceptional. Thank you for treating my unit as though it were yours. Kind Regards Tony Van der Niet

"Smooth and professional Experience"

Grant & Christina Penrose and their team were fantastic. Very professional yet friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the recent trends, area and market. Through their recommendations all the way from renovations to home styling, and their hard work resulted in a quick sale and pleasing outcome. They always be available to answer any questions and kept us well informed throughout the campaign. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other prospective vendors and could not recommend highly enough.

"Professional, prompt and caring"

Christina and Grant recently helped my family to sell a unit in Herston and the result was amazing. In addition to all the normal selling matters, they provided expert advice on how to prepare the property for sale, styling and presentation and the sale result was well above what was expected and we were thrilled! Professional, prompt and caring - I highly recommend Christina and Grant.

"Exceeded our expectations"

Christina & Grant are totally professional. This is the second sale they have handled for us. Nothing is left to chance. They 'supplied' the quality trades who prepped the houses for sale and oversaw their work. Really nothing left for us to do. For both sales their recommendations for what to do were justified by results well in excess of our expectations. Should we have occasion to buy or sell in the future we will undoubtedly turn to them for guidance.

Grant and Christina have so much knowledge and experience it made selling our rental property totally stress free. They made our tenants feel at ease and the property was sold after only 7 days on the market. We achieved an outstanding price. 100% would recommend them for selling your home or rental.

"Kept us informed as the sale progressed and the whole experience was seamless"

We purchased our current home at an auction run by Grant & Christina a few years ago and the whole process was wonderful. You can see how much they care about not only the seller's they represent but also the buyers who purchase their properties. Christina even came around on moving day to check in with us! They kept us informed as the sale progressed and the whole experience was seamless. When it comes time for us to sell or if we are looking for additional properties for buy I wouldn't hesitate to use Grant and Christina and highly recommend their services.

"Gave great advice to better present the house"

I would highly recommend Grant and Christina to sell your home. They were extremely professional in selling our house in Red Hill. I found their advice to be solid and truthful. As well as their professionalism, they gave some great advice on how to better present the house before going to sale. Their honest feedback and advice to us whilst dealing with potential buyers was very much appreciated. They are the sort of people you would want to sell your property. If you want a team that works, Grant and Christina Penrose are for you.
