After having our Cremorne Point property on the market for some time we decided to engage Jacqui Rowland-Smith from McGrath Estate Agents to market the property. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism that both Jacqui and her assistant provided throughout the sales process. Their level of communication was excellent, the marketing material provided very clear and well thought out and although the campaign was originally a six week program we sold the property after four weeks. Further to this their after sales service was above and beyond what one would generally expect. As we were travelling at the time, Jacqui and her team co-ordinated the removal of various personal items and furniture on our behalf, including a grand piano. We are more than happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone wanting to achieve a positive outcome in the sale of their property.
