Calibre agents had fantastic and innovative strategies to generate interest in my property, this really helped to get consistently high numbers of viewings until I received that desired-for offer! They then put in over 100% to ensure the sale went through successfully, this included advising on my move to my new property - truly fantastic service! My property looked stunning and I could see that my house sold before others that were listed at the same time, this, I am sure, was down to the presentation and marketing provided by Justin and his team. The property had previously been on the market for 90 days with another agent. We took the Justin Hagen team's advice undertook some minor repairs, which significantly added to buyer attraction and the obvious result. They also suggested that we have the power on to show the house in its best light - particularly with evening viewing. I cannot fathom why we were not advised this previously!
