Olivia helped me secure my 3 bedroom apartment, the largest investment I have ever made, while remaining professional, helpful and patient as we went through the inevitable dance between vendor and buyer. While the process took several weeks, Olivia always made herself available to me for repeat visits and even helped me in my negotiations to buy furniture from the vendors. As a result of Olivia's efforts I was able to secure an above market rental for my apartment. Upon settlement of my property Olivia presented me with a very nice housewarming basket, with a handwritten note. This was a really lovely touch. I have no hesitation in recommending Olivia to any vendor all prospective buyer.

Very smooth process

Olivia Chung provided a very professional approach, going above and beyond her brief during the Auction process of our property. Olivia responded to all our queries and concerns in a timely manner. The Auction campaign was very successful and the Auction result was above our reserve. A great result for us. We reside overseas and a most impressive aspect of Olivia's interest and care was that after the auction process and prior to settlement, Olivia continued to take care of the premises letting us know if the lawn was in need of upkeep and the pool indeed of maintenance. I doubt that many agents would provide such great "after care" that Olivia showed us. We are very grateful to her diligence in taking care of both the sale and the property post auction.

Olivia worked very hard on chasing potential buyers. I was kept well informed of progress. She negotiated well, and completed the sale with the minimum of headache for me.

Well planned sale

Thanks to Olivia Chung I was able to sell my unit within 4 weeks and settle 6 weeks later. I live in the USA and only had one month to sell my Sydney unit. On top of that the buyer had to be an investor and be willing to rent the unit back to me so that my 85 year old mother could continue living in the unit. As if by magic, Olivia Chung found an investor who was willing to pay full price, and grant me a 2-year lease so that my mother could continue living at the property without suffering any kind of inconvenience. My mother and I are very grateful to Olivia for listening and finding us the BEST deal ever!

We first met Olivia when we were looking to buy a house, I was so impressed with her professional attitude, but more importantly her personable approach made me feel important and a friendship was developed. Unfortunately we missed out on the property, we purchased a different property through a completely different agent and agency. But due to the approach Olivia had taken with us on a the property we missed out on, we knew it was her that we wanted to sell our apartment. Olivia was fantastic to work with. She helped us through every aspect of the sale and achieved a great sale price. She even helped us with advice on purchasing our new property! She was friendly, open and honest, and always available to chat. We were always able to deal with her directly and she offered a very personalised service. Fantastic Agent

We met Olivia from the Facebook group North Shore Mums a few years ago when we were considering selling our house.  At the time we decided to go with another agent because they offered to sell the house for a lesser commission.  That agent was unable to secure a single offer and eventually after investing a lot of time and our own money into marketing the property we withdrew it from the market.

When we decided to put the property back on the market 2 years later, Olivia was the only agent we considered.  We regret not going with her the first time round.  Olivia is a strong communicator and just gets on with the job.  She took everything we threw at her in her stride including me going into labour with our daughter on the Friday before our first open house.

She understood our requests for a long settlement and only doing open houses on Saturdays and it never seemed to be a problem.  She secured an offer after the first open house and we exchanged contracts 6 days after listing the house. 

I HIGHLY recommend Olivia!!! Sometimes the cheapest agent isnt the best agent.  Shes completely changed our lives for the better.  Its been hard long road with unforeseen pressures but you were the one that got us there in end and we couldnt be more grateful.
