"As we are first time sellers, our hands were held through the whole process."

I approached Zing & Stefon when I was searching for a qualified agent to sell my apartment. As it is the first time we are selling an apartment so we are really careful with selecting with our agent. After we met with three different agent, we decided to choose Zing to represent our apartment for sale. She has a very professional attitude but always with a bit personal touch. She is very confident but doesn't exaggerate facts or make empty promise. During the month period of selling, she definitely proved herself to be a very dedicated agent that always go extra mile for their client and have your best interest in heart. I think for an agent and client relationship, trust and credibility are two very crucial things. One thing that impressed me the most about Zing is her ability to build a trustworthy relationship with us. When we were under a bit pressure with Christmas period coming, Zing was able to give me a private visit among her already full schedule and present us when she had done so far and what she thinks would be the best strategy next. As we are first time sellers, Zing definitely held our hands through the whole process, making this could have been stressful experience very easy and enjoyable. We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend her service.

We chose Stefon as our agent to sell our property after considering quite a few different agents, and we are very pleased we made this decision. Stefon is pleasant, energetic, communicates very well and works really hard. He has extensive knowledge of the local property market and has a lot of experience in the area. He is also a fantastic negotiator. What we also found very helpful was his easygoing and friendly personality and care. Selling a house can be at times stressful but he helped us in many ways to reduce that from being always available, giving us great advice in anything we were unsure, recommending us fantastic tradesmen to help prepare our house for sale and even giving us a hand to remove a furniture we wanted out of the house! I have to admit I can be quite difficult at times, bombarding him with many questions and requests! but Stefon has been patient and accommodating to my requests throughout the campaign. He also has a great team that supports him, Megan is most helpful is organising whatever we needed for marketing the property and the whole process was very organised and well looked after. Stefon and his team ran a great campaign for the sale of our property and we thank them very much for their hard work. Commission rate has NEVER been the only measurement for selling agent. Stefon, not being the cheapest agent, but definitely is the most valuable agent. After fully research and consideration, we chose him as our property selling agent. We would never regret for our decision, instead, we felt extremely lucky him as our exclusive selling agent. Reliance upon his sharp sense of local area, accuracy evaluation of the property, huge database and excellent teamwork (incl. providing all pre sale service), our property was sold in unbelievable high price (500K higher than market guide price) within 24 hours even without one open house, though there is a fatal blemish on our property (4 feet wide easement in driveway). It is our fortune to have this outcome, not only the price, but also the swiftness, as well no open house is required which gave us much relief. All the properties in his hand like his own kids, no matter they are luxury or shabby, he could always find its highlight and amplify it, lessen the weakness. He focuses on client benefit even not make much difference for the commission. Madly, he is constantly trying hard to achieve amazing result. He is so passionate to his career, keen to take challenge, turn impossible into possible. As none native language speaker, we feel language has never been a barrier between us.
