Tahlia was responsive from the first time I called her.  She met with me immediately and was prepared with information in regards to like properties and prices achieved.   Tahlia assisted us in arranging for styling the property and when lockdown commenced she continued to market the property and achieve an excellent result all within the current rules.  She was responsive at all times and her negotiation skills are outstanding.  I would have no hesitation in recommending her or using her again.  Overall a great result.

Great Job in Difficult Circumstances

I met Tahlia in one of Open Inspections many many years ago.  Although I didnt buy or sell any property at the time, I have kept in touch with Tahlia like an old friend. In retrospect, perhaps the main reason is that I feel this sales is not like a "sales".  Over the years, I have learned more or less about the real estate market from Tahlia. Every time, she responded to me in a timely manner, although she knew that I was unlikely to take any action.  But opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. When we decided to sell investment properties this year, the first and only agent I considered was Tahlia.  Once again, Tahlia makes suggestions and introduces related services to us by using her rich professional knowledge.  Throughout the process, there were quick and accurate responses, as well as patience and orderly arrangements, and her sincerity, keenness and professional attitude are also fully reflected in the communication with buyers.
