Deciding to sell after 40 years in the one home was a difficult decision. We are also moving to the other side of Sydney to be nearner to family. Zoran and his team gave us practical advice about putting the house on the market and then he started his marketing campaign which was impressive. .....Ads on the Internet, letter box fliers, postcards etc. All through the process Zoran kept us informed, did not give us false expectations and always was willing to help and advise. On the day of the auction, his ability to read the room was incredible. He pushed the price to the limit and we were thrilled with the result. But the story does not end there. We told Zoran of a home we were thinking of buying in Stanhope Gardens, a drive of over one hour away. Zoran took the trek out there twice and acted as our negotiator. He proved to be a tough, polite and informed agent and he did his homework and had a good knowledge of that area, although it is not his usual market area. He obtained our new home at a great price and we will never be able to thank him enough.
