Aaron acted for the vendor on our recent purchase. While he wasn't representing us, we found him to be extremely professional, accommodating and fair. He approaches his profession with a lot of integrity and we wouldn't hesitate to use him if we ever decide to sell!
Aaron works very hard on promoting, marketing and following up on leads. He would give professional review and insights on the attendance numbers and comments after open inspection. It seems that Aaron has strong network for prospects. His team members such as Alana are also very professional. Alana gave me great guidance on presentation of my house.
I came to know Aaron Bird from one of my brothers who had dealt with him before. I read about his profile and specialty in Blakehurst area and his good track record. This gave me the confidence to assign him as our agent. My first impression about him, he was friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour but was professional in his manner. He was knowledgeable about the property market especially in Blakehurst and was savvy in his marketing strategies. Aaron was very pro-active in giving the progress update where he would call you straight after each open house and discuss the next action plan. He would also respond to your text messages even after hours or on Sunday. He was realistic in giving his opinion without over promising. Despite an unforeseen setback we faced, he remained calm and positive throughout and managed to transfer this positivity to us. He was flexible and opened to suggestions which made it easier to work with to achieve the best outcome. I will recommend Aaron for any future sales in Blakehurst area. Thank you Aaron for your wonderful service and assistance in selling our family house.
Worked with Aaron and the McGrath team previously. On both occasions we worked harmoniously, and delivered results on both occasions that exceeded my expectations. The whole process was very satisfying. Aaron and Alanah are highly knowledgeable of the property market, customer drivers, the sale process and demonstrated professionalism and understanding of purchasers and vendors. I valued his input and opinion throughout the process. At the end of the day, we made the right calls. On every occasion, the property was presented professionally and results communicated timely and accurately. Highly recommend Aaron and the McGrath team.

Testimonial 14 January 2021 Aaron Bird McGrath Real Estate, South Hurstville I am providing this testimonial to highlight the positive qualities and characteristics of Aaron Bird of McGrath South Hurstville. Aaron and his team demonstrated a thorough knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of the residential housing market, with a detailed and practical knowledge of the psychology of the market-place. In a short (two and a half week) campaign leading up to Christmas Aaron showed his ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. His close attention to the unfolding facts enabled him to make appropriate assessments of what was fluid and evolving situation ensuring we were able to make fully informed decisions at every stage of the campaign. This meant that we were confident that we were in the most favourable position possible as the day of the auction approached. Aarons communication skills are second to none. He and his team kept us updated daily and, as required, hourly, with all relevant information and changes in the expressed attitudes and intentions of prospective purchasers. We felt complete confidence in Aarons skills and the integrity that he and his team demonstrated throughout the campaign not only to us, as vendors, but also to prospective purchasers. Dealing with Aaron has been positive, he is very professional and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure dealing with Aaron and has made what could have been very stressful due to covid19 and us being interstate into an understandable and very successful outcome. Thank you Aaron for all of your help
We knew Aaron from about two years ago from an open house inspection we attended. He followed up regularly and provided market updates. For his persistence we rewarded him as the sole agent for the sale of our property. He was professional from day one. He has superb negotiation skills and keeps us in the loop the whole time. As a result our property was sold with a week of the first formal open house and achieved a very good price.
