Aaron was outstanding the whole way through our process of selling. From our initial meeting through to the sale, Aaron was always in constant communication, worked hard and even managed to sell our house on a Sunday, which shows he will go out of his way to make it happen. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism, confidence and advice through the whole sale process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at selling.
Great agent. Kept me in the loop at all times.
Aaron provided me with a five star service during the sale of my property.
All Presentations and sales and marketing set very high standards i would recommend to any vendor wanting the best out come for buyer and seller, best of all the honesty and up front appraisal thank you Aaron and the sales team at the property shop,on the sale of my unit 13 572 574 woodville rd Guildford nsw 2161.
Having used Aaron for our previous sell and buy we were completely confident in choosing Aaron to handle our recent sale. We were provided with accurate market data to help us come to a value on our Hammondville home, this data was a valuable asset to us as the type of home we were selling in Hammondville had not been tested yet in the surging Sydney market. Aaron provided us with comprehensive updates following our open days, which helped us in our decision process to accept an offer prior to Auction, in doing so Aaron was completely open and honest with his advice and accepted our decision to accept the offer. We would definitely choose Aaron should we have any future real estate dealings in Sydney and would highly recommend Dunn Real Estate to any buyers or sellers
To Aaron and the amazing team at Garry Dunn, thank you for everything you have done to achieve an amazing result for us. Your hardwork, industry experience and knowledge helped us sell our house in a few days for a record price. You guided us and kept us up to date through the whole process. Aaron, we can not thank you enough for going the extra mile including signing contracts on a Sunday and answering every question we had. We are only sorry we don't have another property for you to sell. I would and have, recommended you and your team to everyone i have spoken to regarding this journey. Thank you again
Aaron Dunn has looked after entire process of my property sale in a very professional manner. From the beginning he has communicated with me the step by step process with a profound knowledge of market and current trends in the Moorebank area. Regularly, some time twice a day he kept me up to date with the negotiations with the clients. Due to his professional knowledge and good communication skills, he was able to sale my property in a very short period of time with my desired price tag. Although, I never met him personally but dealing with him over the phone was a nice and a happy experience. I'll strongly recommend him and Dunn Property Agents to anyone. Prior to the sale, for years Dunn Property Agents have looked after this property in a very professional manner. Dealing with tenants is not an easy job but, Dunn Property Agents specially their team member Jenny Tennick's work performance were outstanding. During last several years, her prompt actions to rectify all issues such as R&M, Rent etc. etc. were remarkable.
Such an easy experience! Got the price we wanted - amazing communication always kept in the loop throughout the process - highly recommended for a property in any area!!
