I have been a client of CobdenHayson for almost 8 years. They have been my property manager for my rental properties for that entire time and have been so professional and responsive and helpful for the entire duration. My current rental property manager is amazing and I would not have been able to get through some tough repair and tenant issues of late without the trust I have in her to help me make all the right decisions.

In addition to this I have also recently sold a property through the sales team at CobdenHayson and once again, I could not have been happier. Not only were they fully transparent and supportive and communicative but they are all just such good, nice people which makes dealing with them on such important matters so much less stressful. My wife and I had the good fortune of dealing with Ada Mastronardo from Cobden and Hayson for the sale of our 2 bedroom apartment.
Ada was incredible in the way she prepared our apartment for sale within a very short window.

We had been looking for a property in the inner west without much success. Benjamin called me after a colleague of his whom I had been dealing with, Ada, passed on our details about a new listing.
