We recently engaged Adam and his assistants, Elisa and Tony, from McGrath Chatswood to sell our brand new, master built home in View Street Chatswood. We had not used Adam previously, hence were anxious to determine whether his team would deliver us a level of excellence we expected. It was enormously pleasing the level we expected was met and exceeded. Communication, so important in these matters, was exceptional and Adam's knowledge and ability to deal with our target market contributed greatly to us achieving a sale price both we and the purchasers were happy with, to close the deal a week prior to auction. Would we recommend and use Adam and his team again, an easy answer, as we have a second dwelling to sell and will be putting this one in their very capable hands. All in all a very pleasant, friendly and professional association.
Adam and Elise worked over the Christmas holidays to help close the deal on our house! That's commitment to customer service! More detailed information provided on all interested buyers than other agents we've dealt with.
Adam is straight forward and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend him.
We have just exchanged contracts on the sale of a brand new, luxury home in Chatswood. The sale procedure has been outstandingly handled by Adam Wong of McGrath Chatswood and we achieved a price acceptable to both ourselves and the purchasers. Adam's attention to detail and his availability and attendance to communication is truly exceptional, making the sale process transparent and of full knowledge to all involved. Enthusiastic, outstanding knowledge and a pleasant, friendly nature allow Adam to apply his skill set to real estate sales with the highest of standards.
