Recently completed the sale of my property with Adrian as my agent. He came recommended to me by a couple of neighbours who had previously engaged him with the sale of their properties. From the start Adrian was easy to deal with and ticked all the boxes you would expect of someone entrusted with such an important task. He is a good communicator, reliable, trustworthy, professional and won't burden you with spin and unnecessary sales gibberish. So it's a resounding yes and thank you from me!

Hello, I am a first time property seller When I first met Adrian, he came across as a very genuine person. My first impression was he was someone I could trust. Adrian is very knowledgeable about the Reservoir area. He mentioned things to me that I was not aware of such as Setbacks. He also knows the local area very well. He knows where the schools are, where the major attractions are, what the local demographic is like etc. This all meant that I was very relieved that I knew I was getting someone on my team who was very experienced and was working in our best interests. Some other observations about Adrian: He always remained very calm; He is very experienced and knowledgeable about the Reservoir area. He knows the history of the area, where the attractions are, the local demographic; He was very accessible during the process, contacting me out of hours and on weekends as required; He was very prompt with returning phone calls and following things through, even after hours and on the weekends; He was always keeping us up to date with the results of the open for inspections and used his experience to make informed decisions about genuine interested buyers; He went beyond what was required; He gave me good advice on what I needed to do to prepare the property for sale, both inside and outside with the garden; He was never pushy and gave me the information and left it for me to make the decisions; Finally, he is well known and respected in the area. Even the local Conveyancers that we used, knew Adrian and he said that he is well respected
