"Experienced, professional and personalised"
When first making an appointment with Adrian at my home I enlisted a friend to sit in, as selling my home as a single, mature woman was frightening. I interviewed more than one estate agent, but it was Adrian who without a doubt was my choice. During the selling process, I came to feel very confident that I had made the right choice. Adrian's experience meant he had elicited the information he required from me to adequately be able to price my home and to represent it to prospective buyers. He suggested a few things I might do to get it ready for sale, although always leaving the decision up to me. He asked me directly what I hoped to get and Adrian was able to achieve my hoped-for price, even after commission, legal fees and a few improvements I had paid for. The house sold quickly with a turn around of about 6 to 7 weeks from the initial contract(subject to finance) to settlement day. I have every confidence in recommending Adrian Gray from EIS real estate as an honest, competent and diligent real estate agent.

"Extremely Happy"
Adrian Gray & Ben Gray sold our property extremely quickly before the open home and achieved a great result. Throughout the process the communication from both agents were great and made the process very easy with minimum stress involved. Thanks to both guys for a job well done. Wouldnt hesitate in using them again to sell or recommending them to another seller.
