Our experience from the very beginning was wonderfully helpful and valuable. He openly shared knowledge contacts and advise. He was very real about the process and the market. We had so much confidence and comfort in Adrian for the whole process and have been so pleased with the very quick outcome. We achieved what we had discussed and agreed was a good outcome.

Adrian is a really genuine person and was upfront through the buying process. He was willing to negotiate a deal for the property that I purchased. Always available to discuss properties and showed me through the property I purchased on two occasions.

"Highly recommend!"

Adrian has now sold 2 homes for us, and we were impressed both times. Both homes were different ends of the market. One older home produced several challenges and Adrian coached us through this, which led to a great result. He is trustworthy and honest, and has great communication skills. The latest home sold was through Merrick property, which we could not fault. The process, advertising, communication, styling of our home by them, and ultimately the end result was impressive.

Adrian was excellent when I was looking for my home to buy. He was very professional and friendly, also very punctual to answer questions and return phone calls. It was a lovely experience buying a home through Adrian and I was very happy with his service and also the team at Merrick property.

"Couldnt be happier!"

We were so impressed with Adrian and the team at Merrick Property Group. Adrian gave us honest advice based on his sound knowledge of the area and was transparent at every stage. His efforts to communicate regularly and share what was going on behind the scenes was greatly appreciated and went a long way to alleviating any stress or worries we may have had.
