"Rude"

Be very careful when dealing with Ainsley. She is master at bullying tenants into paying for unjust charges by threatening with legal action for non payment of these charges. She will push the boundaries on utilisation of your deposit to a maximum when you move out as well.

"One of the rudest Real Estate Agents"

Very rude agent, very arrogant and unreachable. Raises her voice during a phone conversation, best to stay away from this agent.

"Worst PM ever"

One of the worst real estate companies/Property Manager we have ever dealt with. 1. We applied to a property in Spring Mountain, site unseen because we were interstate. In the Domain advertisement they advertised as the house has Air-conditioning (see the screenshot) and when we moved in there was no Aircon and they blamed the Domain platform for an error when it was clearly their mistake. We requested to put one in and was happy to pay extra rent but they refused our request. We had to stay the whole lease period without an aircon and it was really uncomfortable specially during the summer. 2. We recently broke lease and moved out to our own place, and I privately advertised the place for the balance lease period and the property manager did not accept any applications which I was referring to because she wanted me to advertise via the real Estate claiming close to $600. Many applicants which I referred to was very upset because their application was rejected/not accepted for no reason! 3. I was using an office chair in the study and she wanted me to replace the whole carpet for damage. I have been using the chair only when I was working from home during the lockdown times and it is just wear and tear. Claimed $250 for this. I can go on and on but this is just a summary how they treat tenants. I have been renting properties for the last 10+ years in Australia and by far this is the worst real estate I have come across. So if you are thinking of using them or thinking to rent from them, I would think twice. Thanks
