I recently purchased a house through Raine & Horne and dealt with Alan Gobec. Something that's stressful was made very easy. I felt he was working for the vendor as well as for the buyer. He is very professional, lots of communication and "old school" customer service. Everything was explained to me, no loose ends were unexplained. I like the way Alan works, how he handles the open inspections, right down to the contract. I cannot thank you enough, I have now purchased the perfect home for me.
